Priority 
If you have a number of team bags/Card Savers that exceed being in Tier 1 (More than 4 bags of hits full or a bunch of bulk >12 ounces in total), this is the option for you. Items will be sent in a larger Poly bag where you can fit a certain amount of bulk(About half an etb column worth) and 1 Bubble Mailer(Which contains the hits/card savers) OR multiple Bubble Mailers(About 8 bags of hits) ALONE(That contain hits/card Savers) with no Bulk
